Kokum is a familiar ingredient across Konkan homes. The fruit is collected by members and collectors living around the forest areas of the region and then processed into syrup before bottling.

How to serve

Mix with chilled water for kokum sharbat, add soda for a sparkling drink, or use it as a base for a simple welcome drink or summer cooler. Dilute according to your preferred strength and sweetness.

Good to know: This is the current Chintamani factory-made kokum syrup. Our separate Regional Harvest homemade kokum sharbat is planned as a future product.
