Fresh Alphonso mangoes are seasonal, while pulp gives you a convenient way to enjoy their flavour beyond the harvest period. For processing, mangoes from the season are pooled and prepared as a batch, rather than linked to one individual farmer.

How to enjoy

Serve as aamras, use it in desserts and sweets, blend it into milkshakes, or add it to breakfast bowls and other mango-based recipes. Because it is sweetened, adjust other ingredients according to the recipe you are making.
